Misleading and false advertising

They advertised this week about a Whale of a Sale which promised exciting prices. Unfortunately it is a ****. When you call them, they say that price is not valid for the period I want to travel. So I said ok, tell me when it is valid for because I wanted the advertised rates. The consultant then said I must give her dates and she'll check if she can get those prices!!! When I asked her to tell me when the prices are valid for, she said she cannot tell me. It's a **** to attract people to get ******* into a higher price once we contact them. They offer all kind of alternatives except the advertised one. Why don't they, like other travel agencies, have a calendar which shows all their specials and the periods during which the prices are valid? Why do they make it sound as if it is too complicated for them to check these details out.
