You calmly and competently managed to get me back to South Africa. I would not have been able to navigate the obstacles that were encountered with the bookings without your assistance! My Visitor's Visa for my 12 month stay with my family in Brisbane was due to expire on the 1st February. I was booked on 2 Flights with Emirates Airlines, which were both cancelled and eventually managed to get back to RSA on a Singapore Airlines flight, before my visa expired, all thanks to the dedication of Melanie Wilson.
