Marcelle van Rheede
Marcelle van Rheede is friendly, sufficient and professional. She assisted with my travel arrangements to the UK, went out of her way to make it a pleasant experience. I was stranded in Durban due to Kulula's flights being grounded, in a panic I contacted Marcelle, she took charge and sorted my booking out. She is 5 star quality !
