Marcelle from Flight Centre - West Coast Village

After contacting Flight Centre for a honeymoon package, we arranged an appointment with Marcelle at the West Coast Village in Table View. On arrival, Marcelle was incredibly friendly and professional. She was patient and took time answering all our questions and explained things in such a way that my wife and I understood. After the initial meeting, Marcelle was persistent in following up and was again very happy to answer any other questions I had. She was quite amazing from start to finish. She responded to messages even after hours and weekend and followed up with me on how our honeymoon was going. Someone who truly went over and beyond for us. I will recommend her to anyone and will be my travel agent of choice :) Thank you Marcelle!
