What fantastic service I have had from Erin Maxwell in getting a refund for my cancelled tour. He always kept me in the loop. He was patient, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Erin. Elzeth who originally booked the tour has, also always been helpful, especially with my Tanzania/ Rwanda trip.
