Lowest Price Gaurantee??? With no feedback!!

Lowest Price Guarantee as stated on their website should be taken with a pinch of salt! Made a booking early February to Istanbul and got the details on Emirates, I then checked the booking on Emirates and could get it cheaper!? I did not get my booking confirmation in the 48 hours, so I call the 24hr line. I spoke to the call center manager Jennifer Hare, who asked me to take a screenshot and mail it to her. This was done on the 13 February 2020, she promised it will be attended to and will be given feedback shortly. It is now the 4 March 2020 and no feedback received after 4 emails and several messages left for her to respond to my query.
