Lisa at Flight Centre, exceptional service

I just spoke with Lisa at Flight centre in Durban North, to rebook my ticket after Emirates suspended flights until 4th Feb and I was incredibly impressed with the level of service and Lisa's enthusiasm to help me, starting with calling me back as I was going to run out of airtime and continuing throughout the call. She was a consummate professional as well as being very friendly and personable. I felt extremely reassured after explaining my situation to her and she removed all my worry and addressed all my concerns. I chose to book through flight centre as I have always had great service from them. I have had great service from several flight centre staff, recently, but this experience with Lisa helping me, stands out above the rest, and has proved my choice to book through flight centre to be a good one. I came away from the call feeling much more reassured as a result. Exceptional service which deserves all 5 stars.
