Lily Fourie Flight Center Travel Expert
The Star Award goes to Lily Fourie an Expert Travel Agent doe her dazzling customer service. When I needed a flight ticket to Taiwan, Lily went beyond and above her expected service: She unexpectedly responded to my emails sent at night, over weekends with detailed feedback. She is at most times kind, patient, friendly and amazingly enthusiastic. She gave constant updates, feedbacks,followed up and ensured that COVID 19 regulations were adhered to, understood and was always flexible to assist with whatever requested information. Her emails would give referrals of places to obtain information from, steps to follow to get anything resolved and would call to remind the travellers of outstanding tasks or whatever was needed.
Lily Fourie's service was mind blowing, and made my travel a breeze at a stressful time of COVID 19. She is a star and deserves an award.
