Lilly Fourie - Flight Centre Constantia

I had been trying to find a flight to Australia for several months, to no avail! As you can imagine, this was terribly frustrating - then I was lucky enough to contact Flight Centre and have my call answered by the lovely Lilly Fourie. Lilly was incredibly helpful throughout and went over and above to help me. Not only did she keep me updated while I travelled around South Africa to some fairly obscure destinations, but even when she was enjoying time off, she still responded to my every query and was a great source of emotional support during this trying journey!

Two very creative flights, and a sudden Singapore Airlines change of policy, left me stuck in South Africa once again. Paying for business class tickets was not inexpensive, and having them cancelled left me terribly concerned about cash flow, especially as I know had a few cancelled flights with the bills increasing! Lilly, clearly up for the challenge, manged to have all my outlays returned to me, and for that, I can't thank her enough.

From business to personal, let me mention that Lilly is a great soul who possesses a nature and way that's bound to keep even the most hardened traveller smiling. She was an absolute pleasure to liaise with and I can't recommend her enough.

Lilly went over and above, and I am so incredibly grateful for all she did. I do hope that the travel business will return to normal sooner rather than later!
