LEBO WANYANE - CENTUTION MALL - GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
We have been trying to book a December Holiday, and after having a very appalling interaction with Shantal from Flight Centre Mall@Reds, we proceeded to rather go to Centurion mall, as we had been in contact with an agent from that branch anyway. When we got to Centurion Mall the person that we had been dealing with was not there so we spoke to a gentleman named Lebo Wanyane who was more than willing to assist us. He was patient, listened to what we wanted, looked at different options, tried to find flights that would be suitable. He was very knowledgeable and was able to not only answer our questions but also advise on the suitable alternatives. We arrived after 5pm and the store was closing at 5:30, but he didn't rush, and continued to assist us even after closing time. He did this even though the sale would go the original agent as they had worked on it initially, this did not stop him from assisting us as best as he could. Well Done Lebo!
