Lack of info, good prices.

Booking process was easy and ticket price was competitive... But there is a complete lack of information about the luggage allowance. Online info says 1 piece checked baggage as does ticket. There is no detail about the weight of said "1 piece checked baggage."

I called Flight Centre and the agent I spoke to had no idea about the weight allowance. He called me back with the information (23kg) by which time I'd already called the airline.

Surely this information is important! I find it astonishing that this info is missing from the ticket information and the booking process.

I'd rather support Flight Center than buying tickets directly from airlines but a lack of information makes it difficult to do so. Come on Flight Center, get the basics right!
