Kudos to Mary from Woodlands Branch
Mary at Woodlands Branch was outstanding. No request for assistance was too big. She managed to obtain refunds for my family after the flights were cancelled due to the lockdown. I have used her on many occasions and she has always been exemplary and gone over and above the call of duty.
