Kloof Flight Centre - Mignon Farla

This review is about the beyond excellent service I have been receiving from Mignon Farla from Kloof Flight Centre over the past year.

This was not once off good service, but every single time I have contacted Mignon in close to 100 emails between us for flights or even just itineraries for visa applications she has helped me with a smile with replies always coming in at the speed of light. I don't know how she does it, but she never makes mistakes and always makes me feel like I am her only client. She even follows up after flights to make sure destinations are reached and everything is good.

My most recent experience of her excellent service was when I called my parents to check that they have everything for their US visa interview the next day and found out they have no supporting documents. I am currently in Mexico and we are 8 hours behind SA time. I sent Mignon a whatsapp at 21h00 SA time last night on her private number in her private off-work time asking her to please help. She assured me friendly as ever that she will send through the itineraries and I don't have to worry. The next morning when I woke up I saw she sent 3 different ones at 08h30 already because I forgot to let her know where my parents are flying to and they didn't reply to her email with this question in time. My parents got their visas and can now come visit us in the US or Mexico.

She is a perfect 5 stars and if I could rate her 6 out of 5 I would. I have used other travel agencies in the past but they are not even in the same league. This is the first time I send an email commending service, because I believe that it should be expected to receive good service from a company as a client, but when you receive perfect service exceeding expectations constantly for a year without fault, it can't be left unnoticed. Flight Center is lucky to have Mignon.
