Hi All...
My fiance and I were planning a trip with Contiki. We were initially very confused as it was a "last-minute" decision and being first time overseas traveller's. We hardly had a budget in place and were diving into the deep end. However, with one online inquiry with Flight Centre, it directed us to Keshia Smith who was an absolute pleasure (and still is). She managed to alleviate any questions that we had and got the ball rolling pretty quickly. Once we had decided on flights and a specific contiki package, she booked and confirmed it within 1 day! She adhered to all of our chops and changes and got the best price with the best travel time. She even went above and beyond her call of duty, working against the South African elements of ... (wait for it)... load shedding! She whatsapp-ed me and still do this day, is still on call and gives me general travel tips. Thank you Keshia... She comes highly recommended!
