Just interested in commission and not giving the right advice

<p>The senior travel consultant advised the travellor incorrectly and when the case was reported, the customer care said that according to them everything is correct without even visiting the facts which are in black and white. The corporate culture is non-existant. Will never, ever recommend their unprofessional service. Wonder if their founding office in Australia is aware of their rotten offspring.</p>
