Joy of working with Flight Centre

<div>We have had the privilege of using Flight Centre, La Lucia Mall branch, for 2 trips this year. During the 1st experience it was necessary to change agents as the first one resigned to take up other employment. The changeover was absolutely smooth and excellently done. In all circumstances, the staff have been helpful, professional and efficient. There are always smiles for every customer. Even when we were in a predicament in Italy all it took was 1 phone call for our problem to be solved. This is definitely a 5-star business</div>
