incompetence!! WHAT A NIGHT MARE

Traveled as a family to Thailand using FLIGHT CENTRE for our flight, transfers and accommodation. putting our trust and hard earned money with them. their transfers turned out to be such chaos upon arriving at the airport, and not as per agreement. baggage allowance 45kg as stated by our agent was not allowed as per customs by the airport upon leaving Thailand, with stress, loss of goods which had to be thrown away at the airport, and re-packing, it was not a pleasant way to end our holiday. *********** staff at Flight Centre was the cause of all this drama, which placed a lot of stress on us all. we even had to re wrap our bags again. upon arriving in South Africa and complaining to Flight Centre with "Tamara," who didnt seem to be much bothered. she reimbursed us with our wrapping and transfer only. however the BIG picture is that she offered a discount voucher of R1000 towards a future holiday. Really that is three people R333,33 Per person, that is AMAZING!!! for all our stress and loss and damage and the incompetence of their staff this is what a Big International Organization with a name and a standard to live up to gives. everyone should be made aware of what their errors are and how they compensate you back.
