I urgently needed to book an international flight to the States but I was struggling to do it alone

I urgently needed to book an international flight to the States but I was struggling to do it alone. My father visited the Flight Centre branch in Hilton, KZN and he was assisted by Lerissa. She gave me a quick call (since I wasn't physically present) to assist with booking the flights for me. She was so kind and patient with us. Within that same day she emailed us the tickets and itinerary. The process was so quick and Lerissa was so efficient. I will definitely be continuing to work with Lerissa and Flight Centre SA as I prepare for my departure in September for College.
