I called in earlier, requesting my tivket number, which is needed to complete my online check-in, and the gentleman who answered advised he's unable to assist with that as he cannot see it on his side. The call got cut while we were talking, then I called again and a nice gentleman by the name of JP Strauss answered. He was very efficient, helpful and patient and he took my email address and 2 minutes later I had the ticket numbers I was looking for. Thank you once again JP.
