How to get ********** by Flight Centre

lets share what i think was the worst experience i have had in travelling the last twenty years . I booked double return tickets on Kulula from Lanseria to Cape Town for the last weekend - booking reference O3Z8T7 - total cost R2982.94. I then enquired that i woyulod like to fly a day earlier and they came back with an additional price of R3826. A flight directly through Kulula was only R1795.72 which i then did online - still keeping my bookingf with flight centre for the return leg. Funny.................only to recieve an SMS on Friday to say that i didnt use the first leg of my booking - thus they have cancelled my total booking (nice because they then get to keep my payment of R2982 and i am stranded in Cape Town They now are forcing me to make new bookings with Kulula for a return trip home - and now it costs me another R4320 So from the initial R2982 for return flights to Cape Town booked well in advance(22 November 2019) this now ends up costing me R9000 for return flights from Johannesburg to Cape Town

And you think that after this i will want to use them again - and they have the audacity to send me a mail to do a survey on their service - SERIOUS
