Honeymoon

<p>Hallo, we booked our honeymoon through flight centre 5 months before our wedding. We went to Flight Centre East Gate. The agent that helped us was Bryce French. Within a week that we got the quote, we paid the full amount. </p> <p>When we got to our hotel, he didn't booked us in a honeymoon suite. It was just a normal room. </p> <p>When I emailed him to inform him, he told me conveniently that we didnt ask for a honeymoon suite which in fact is very strange, as we did mention to him we going on honeymoon. </p> <p>I am very unhappy about his service and that flight center can't even upgrade us to help us with our honeymoon. </p>
