I can highly rate Cat (details below) who has always been most efficient, helpful, patient & friendly in our all of our dealings on a few occasions.
Most recently during the lockdown, where flight & accommodation bookings were cancelled at zero notice & refunds & alternative flights & accommodation needed to be obtained.
