Helping us when we needed it most
Laiken Nebel has been most helpful whenever we make a booking for our international trips. However, Laiken has gone above and beyond the call of duty assisting us with our re-bookings due to the travel restrictions caused by the virus outbreak. When time was of the essence, she stuck by us and making it happen that we got out of Europe just in time. Laiken like so many of here colleagues must have been totally overloaded - yet she managed, after hours to help us. A huge big thank you to Laiken - we will not so easily forget this. THANK YOU!!
