Happy Pet, Happy Customer

We were planning to go to the USA, but my mother wanted to take her dog along as well. We battled to get information from all the airways in connection with how to take her pet along as well. The more we looked into this, the more doors was closed in our faces. As a last resort we decided to knock on Flight Centre at Wonderpark Shopping Centre's door, and as luck would have it, we were assisted by Mr Floyd Khangari. He listened to our situation, and immediately started looking at possible routs to take. Every now and again, he also ran into brick walls, but never did he make us feel that we were burdening him with our request. He never made us feel it was to much effort, and he never gave up, no matter how many declines we had from the different air companies.

After about a week, he got back to us with a wonderful solution, and finally we could start our journey.

We arrived save in the States, with my mother's pet.
