Great service from Marci !
I'm not actually rating the business, but more the agent I dealt with. Marci van Rheenen at West Coast Village, Parklands was an absolute star. She sent me the info I needed really quickly and then assisted me with the booking and the payment on the same day, even though it was well after her finishing time, AND she was starting her leave the next day. While on holiday she still checked in with me, and also checked that I had arrived safely at my destination abroad. If Flight Centre hire more people like her they will always get 5 stars!
