Great service and customer focussed- P Reddy

I had excellent service from Preishree Reddy on the online booking I made with flight centre. She picked up that I was having issues with my bank to make payment. She sent me 3 links to make payment and organised seating and special meals. She called me many times until it was sorted. I enjoyed her enthusiasm to assist and that she went the extra mile. Would recommend using the flight centre online service.
