GREAT SERVICE
I would just like to compliment the wonderful service I received at Flight Centre Glen Acres (Kempton Park, Johnnesburg) , especially from Michelle Ningani.
Michelle was diligent, friendly and extremly patient with me, a first time flyer. She answered all my questions and set my fears at ease. Furthermore she answered every whatsapp message and to top it all off she even remebered and wished me a happy birthday. And it did not stop here.
Michelle is even offering up her time, out of office hours, to do my online booking before my flight. Let me just mention that I did not ask her nor did I expect it of her, but through the great consultant she is, she offer to help me. I can just say; wow and thank you!
It was a true blessing and pleasure booking my flight through her and would without a doubt recommend Michelle and Flight Centre Glen Acres, to anyone.
