I have traveled and dealt with travel agents before. I do feel I need to comment on the service we received from Rosemary Norman -of Flight Center -Bloubergstrandt My husband first contacted Rosemary when SA was not allowing international travel. She guided us through all the 'red tape' and he was able to travel without much stress. When our children and I were due to fly over to join my husband, Rosemary was yet again a super star. With the ever changing situations COVID has brought us, Rosemary was my source of info for all the rules and regulations. The day before we flew she called me to check that we were ready to fly and put me at ease with regards to the flight bans etc, we were experiencing at the time. I would, and have recommended Rosemary to others. Thank you for reuniting our family.
