Flight Centre's, Zonke - exceptional service
It's great to see so many positive reviews for Flight Centre South Africa. I would like to believe though that Zonke Nkosi at Flight Centre Sandton is the best!! I feel like we've become friends over this journey. She certainly went above and beyond her normal call of duty when I injured myself badly on my trip booked with her. A simple return flight booking turned into a travel insurance "nightmare" and all while I had limited connectivity whilst at sea. She stepped in and became that friend in SA who helped to get us back home, safely. I won't ever book a "simple flight" again on my own, you never know what might happen on your holiday abroad. Thank you, Zonke, for everything. You truly were a blessing in a time of need.
