Working with Nicholas was such a pleasure, from finding me the best prices to booking my ticket to having plans change drastically and fixing them almost immediately and last but not least ensuring my safety at home.
I would sincerely like to thank him especially for making me feel like I was the most important person he was dealing with at the time even though I knew that there were so many people that had encountered many flight issues during this time.
It is safe to say that my experience was amazing all round and even though the boarders were closing in so many countries, my flight home was not something that I had to worry about. Communication was spot on, even when he was not in the office. Really an amazing guy and you will not be disappointed. I am so greatful!
