Scott Duncan at Pavilion Flight Centre has definately gone the extra mile for us! He is kind and compassionate and understands the trauma we are experiencing with my husband in lockdown in New Zealand. He is in contact with us constantly, giving us updates. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Keep up the good work Scott - you are a Godsend!
