Flight Centre unable to do refunds
I had flights and accommodation booked in Canada by Craddlestone branch, Kabelo Mautlwe, been cancelled due to COVID. After numerous correspondence, they still will not refund anything. Classical out of the book excuses like mails not received etc. Very poor service, be cautious in using this company in future...

05 Oct 2020, 16:24Please clarify if it is the industry standard to reimburse R42 000 out of R69 000. I even took out extra insurance from you above the card insurances. Please, open books on who gets what and where....
