Flight Centre , Tyger valley .....REFUNDS ?????
Flight Centre , Tyger valley. 2 young people booked a holiday in Bali . They worked and saved a lot for this vacation. Because of COVID 19 , they could not go . Although a refund was promised , they want to give vouchers to people that don,t have a secured job anymore. Flight Centre ..now full of excuses

We understand that these are extremely challenging times for our customers. Please be assured that we are advocating for the best options made available by third-party suppliers during this time. Unfortunately, given the impact of COVID-19 on the travel industry, suppliers have resorted to extending credits/vouchers for future travel instead of refunds. When you make payment to Flight Centre, we pay the supplier to secure your booking and this is unfortunately the reason as to why we cannot refund you monies which we no longer have.
We would however appreciate the opportunity to review the details of your booking, ensuring that the most up-to-date policy has been extended to you. Our Customer Experience team will be in touch with your directly.
We also recommend that you reach out to your travel insurance provider to establish if there is any cover they afford for your specific policy.
