Flight Centre Travel Group is a ********* business

<p>More than 3 month ago I bought flight ticket as I was trying to travel overseas. As the plan changed, I cancelled my flight ticket on time, prior to the travelling.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the airline company, they confirmed that I will get the full refund minus 10% of penalty, and the entire process should not take more than 12 weeks.</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted the agent from whom I bought ticket and initiated the cancelling. After waiting for 12 weeks, I never received my refund. Then I started putting pressure on him and he finally sent the forms.</p> <p> </p> <p>After I filled the forms, he came and told me that I can get only about 50% of the money.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a ********** behaviour hence the airline company has confirmed that I will get my full refund and they will charge me only 10% penalty.</p>
