Instead of flying on a Boeing 777 (Booked) from Dallas to London (10 Hour Flight) we flew on a 767-300 with no individual TV screen entertainment and no ports to charge our phones.<br> <br> Flight Centre takes no responsibility despite American Airlines saying there was no equipment change to that flight on the day.<br> <br> ****py service despite spending thousands with them......
