Great efficient service after some very pained experiences with other travel agencies. Firstly, the phone was answered quickly - this off the back of me calling another agency and being told my estimated wait time on the line would be 42 minutes. Secondly I must make special mention of Tamsyn Grundlingh, the Team Leader, who answered my queries with lightning-fast speed (testament to knowing the business backwards), called up the information I needed and actually left me a lot more knowledgeable about why prices fluctuate and the options for avoiding lengthy layovers. Very efficient service - I highly recommend this outlet and the great team that works there.
