FLIGHT CENTRE ROCKS!!!!
I received the most outstanding support and service from Chantal Hassen when I was stranded at JNB airport in peak season, after working hours on a Friday afternoon. We had visa issues and were turned away - my surprise birthday holiday had come to an abrupt end...until I called Flight Centre. Chantal sourced tickets, stayed at the office until we'd gotten through customs, checked on us at connection, checked on us at destination, welcomed us home....and those are just a few things she did for us.....really in awe of the personal service we received from this special young lady.
