Flight Centre does not take Covid-19 Serious and penalise me for postponing my Travel
Flight Centre expect me to travel out of South Africa amid Corona Virus, else i loose all the money paid for travel arrangements. I tried moving the dates of travel with Flight Centre Rosebank-(Natalie Koekemoer) and the lady is only interested in penalty fees as opposed to my personal safety. Initially She insisted that i will be charged penalty fees from Ethiopian Airlines. I had to send her the policy changes from the Airline web page and she changed her tune. Now she is telling me i will be paying R6000.00 extra for moving accomodation dates. I requested the suppliers details and she refuse point blank. The whole world is taking precautions to stop the Covid-19 spread but not the Flight Centren in Rosebank. They are still hellbent on maximising profit.
