Flight Centre didn't make my booking and they still have my money!

<p>I made a booking online and paid for our flights on the 27th of September, from Jhb to Dbn and back. Going to Dbn was not a problem. We had to find out a couple of hours before departure that Flight Centre didn't pay the airline for our flights going back. I received flight confirmation via email on the 27th of September. Plane going back left at 21:30 on Sunday the 16th and we had to drive back to Jhb because there were no flights availble. Flight centre still has my money and only got a call from them on Monday the 17th asking me to email my banking details so they can refund me. There was no apology nothing! The lady wanted me to send my bank statement(on Sunday evening while we were stranded at the airport) to prove I didn't receive my refund, but she couldn't prove that they processed my refund(because it was not done). I want my money bac**** </p>
