Flight Centre complete Rip-Off!

Asked for a Quote for flight to Australia.The quote was for a total of R43 ,934. This is for 2 adults and for 1 child I did check online with SAA and for the same dates they are giving me a price of R38,350. So this is quite a saving of R5584!. Funny thing is I checked Flight Centre's own site for the same flight and it brought up a price of R39,175...So where did this agent get the price of R43,934? I did point it out to the agent and it is being looked into, but its obvious that this sort of overcharging is normal practice and only when pointed out to them they can then match the price. Feel sorry for those that dont have the internet and rely on these stores.<br> <br> These people are in it purely for the money and the commission. I don't mind anyone making something after all we all have to make a living. But to spend 5 mins on a computer and to come out with R5500 is a complete *******. Will never use these people again, and advise if people do have the internet to go online and book things themselves, that's what we normally do, as FC are way too greedy and expensive. Give it 5 years you will see these stores closing as most people will wake up.
