Flight Centre branch, Cavendish Square, Claremont, Cape Town

I have been assisted ,over the last five weeks,by three Flight Centre consultants at Cavendish Square Shopping Centre branch in Claremont,Cape Town. The consultants are Shameemah Isaacs,Mornay Carstens and Zoe Jordan. They assisted me in acquiring return flight tickets to South Korea for first week November 2025. Then,due to compassionate reasons,I had to request(with accompanying documents) cancellation and refunding of said flight tickets. I was informed that financial refunding would take place only in about 12 to 13 weeks from now. And it was made very clear to me the valid reasons for delay. I have kept HQ Flight Centre in Johannesburg in the loop about ALL developments and kept email correspondence.

I just want to say that Mornay Carstens,Ameemah Isaacs and Zoe Jordan were highly professional,patient,empathetic and explained clearly: when asked questions. I wish to thank all three of them. I highly recommend Flight Centre branch at Cavendish Square Shopping Centre in Claremont, Cape Town
