If you want your hotel bookings shuffled days before departure to a much lower rated hotel then what you booked, book with Lazelle Prins of Flight Centre Benmore. We had bookings confirmed for a hotel which we were very happy with only to be contacted two days before departure by Lazelle advising that we had been moved to another hotel of a lesser standard. Lazelle and her team were arrogant and showed no remorse for their actions. Although we went on to make the most of the holiday, the way in which bookings were handled could've ruined the holiday for us. Don't waste your time or money with Flight Centre.
