Flight centre bedfordview very bad and unfair
Ticket booking ***.i purchased this ticket to travel to Nicaragua with Turkish Airways. In April 2023, I received an email from Turkish Airways to say that my flight is cancelled due to operational reason,. This cancellation is huge disadvantage to me as it means that I must now changed my itenerary which will require to obtain a visa for certain country for me to arrive to Ms destination,. Flight centre bedfordview agent, linda mogare is unable to refund cash back. They want me to change my itenerary which will cost me. Since they are unable to refund my R 48540,let them extend the ticket expiry date for another year to allow me plan better and utilise my ticket money. If no assistance is given, I will go higher and higher such will damage the centre image

We have noted that you would prefer a refund for the unused trip booked through Flight Centre Bedford Square with Turkish Airlines. We have engaged with the airline considering your concerns regarding the ticket refund.
We are mindful that your itinerary experienced a schedule change, and you were unable to utilise the ticket, however; airline schedule changes are a day-to-day risk when flying and Flight Centre as a Travel Agency can only offer you the re-accommodation options made available by the airline as our third-party supplier. In this instance, Turkish Airlines has stated that the ticket remains valid until the 14th of March 2024, and it remains non-refundable, non-transferable and non-reroutable.
On behalf of Flight Centre Travel Group, we genuinely regret that Turkish Airlines has not accommodated your request.
