Flight Centre and Samsung ****
Last year, we bought a samsung phone and was given a 5000.00 travel voucher to use. I used the voucher to book a flight for 2 people from joburg to durban one way. The agent never told me that i will forfeit the balance not used if i make this booking. The flights cost about 1200 which i could have paid in cash if i was advised. But now thry say that i have forfeited the 3800.00.
This voucher issue was such a **** from the beginning.
