Flight Centre agent is unaware of an MSC special offer.

I received an email today from Flight centre which offered a non alcoholic drinks package on an MSC Musica cruise. I then phoned the number that was on the email and spoke to an expert who said that her name is Nhlahla. I was in the process of booking the cruise and about to make payment when I mentioned the non alcoholic drinks package. The Travel expert said that there was no such package even if it was mentioned in the newspaper. I repeated that the offer was on an email from Flight Centre but I am afraid the poor Expert simply restated that there was no such offer.

I bade her goodbye. I phoned a Travel agent at a different company and booked the cruise with the non alcoholic drinks package.

I thought that this should be brought to the attention of senior management. I phoned Flight Centre Cruiseabout at Musgrave Centre, Durban and asked Colin to speak to the manager of the agency.

Her name is Nhlahla. I said goodbye immediately and phoned the head office of Flight Centre in Johannesburg.

My call to a Mr Viljoen who is probably the head of Flight centre Cruiseabout went into an answering service.

I left a message but I would be very pleasantly surprised if he returned the call.
