Flight centre

My husband and I arrived at our hotel in Bali at 1h30 this morning. Despite our numerous requests and consultation with the Flightcentre consultant at Flightcentre Century City about our hotel requirements months before our trip, none was taken into consideration and totally disregarded. We were extremely disappointed about the allocated room. No assistance or support was given to us on the processes for visa.
