I used to find this travel agency excellent but now... the person who asked me to mention her name when booking never answered one of my important queries. The consultant who answered the phone was far behind the regulations of the country I am visiting and when I asked about luggage, told me to check my ticket. If the answer had been that simple I would not have called. No... please FC, get back to the good service we are used to!
