Flight Center useless

I completed an on line flight query for three adults to Canada. After waiting almost a week with no response I called the call center and spoke with a consultant who promised to research my query and return with a quote. Again a week passed without a quote. I went in line again and sent a complaint to the customer service department and still no feedback. <br> <br> Yesterday I made my booking with Travelstart. I am not wasting any more time with Flight Center. #useless
