Flight Center are a total rip-off

I have recently booked a trip with Flight centre to Mauritius in June for my family. At the time I thought it was a little expensive (just over R100,000), but in the end I went along wit it. Now, due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to move my trip out by a week. Flight Center are now saying that I need to pay over R10,000 in order to do this. I could understand this type of fee if I changed at short notice, but June - REALY??? They have also said that there are changes in prices for the period, but funny when you look at booking.com there is no change in pricing at all. I have also asked for my booking reference number to the resort and I was told "You are more than welcome to contact the hotel, however, Flight Centre books through a supplier and not with the hotel directly. Therefore you will be referred back to Flight Centre."

Nice one Flight Center.... You guys are a really great company to deal with.

As I have told Bongi & Jodie Trueman, I will be contacting hellopeter.com (done) and warning people not to deal with your company and I will make sure that while I am away I will post photographs every day copying @TamassaResort, @MauritiusGuide and @mauritiusza as well any other tourist based link that I can find saying that Mauritius is great, but never deal with the ****** at Flight Center.

What should have been a great experience has really soured - you guys at Flight Center are the worst.
