Flight Cancellation - ***

I had booked this return ticket to Dubai on 19 September. Payment of some R8000. Now - less than 1 month later Idue to unforseen circumstances I need to cancel. This cancellation fee is more than 50% of the ticket price!!! Total R 4150.00. Really!!!!! All this money for a few key strokes!!! And then to be told that the refund can take up to 12 Weeks!!!!! I was told the Flight Centre needs to wait for the refund from the airline. No ticket gets issued without the money in the bak - I get that....so why not refund me immidiately? What a *******. I don't for 1 minute believe that thsi total cost is levied by the airline. I most cetainly will not make use of Flight centre again now will ever recommend it to anyone...what a *******!!!1
